  • Where are you located/based?
    We are based in Dublin Ireland and have a branch in Lagos Nigeria west Africa.
  • Are your hair products 100% human hair?
    Yes, all our human hair wigs and bundles are 100% human hair, as clearly specified on our product pages. However, we also have Synthetic Ultra Braid, Afro, Locs and Marley under the Synthetic Hair Extension category on the page
  • How many days does it take to deliver?
    For orders outside Ireland: We deliver within 14 working days. For orders within Ireland: We deliver within 3-5 working days. If an item ordered is not in stock, we need 16 working days to deliver it as per customer shipping instructions.
  • What payment options do you accept?
    We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
  • Are customers liable for custom duties?
    Yes, all customers outside Europe are responsible for custom duties as applied by their country of residence.
  • Can you customize wigs and bags?
    Yes, we can customize wigs for orders over €250. Please send us an email with an image of the desired wig, specifying your preferred wig color, style, and hair length. We also offer customization for bag orders of over 300 pieces, with prices lower than those listed on our page.
