For orders outside Ireland: We deliver within 14 working days.

For orders within Ireland: We deliver within 3-5 working days.

If an item ordered is not in stock, we need 16 working days to deliver it as per customer shipping instructions.
International Shipment

SlayByDuud ships internationally. Please note that you (the buyer) is responsible for any custom clearance charges, duty, taxes, tariff, VAT, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

Returns Policy
There are no return on hair extensions unless you can prove they are damaged. On bags and accessories if you change your mind you can return it unused and in the original condition it was purchased.
We do not offer exchange or refund on hair products however if you receive a faulty package we will exchange item.
This item must be reported faulty within 24 hours after receipt.
